GDPR: it is our duty to inform you of how we are going to use and store your personal information.
DATA WE COLLECT: Your name, address, email address, mobile number, your child’s name, date of birth and any relevant medical information.
DATA PROCESS: Your child’s registration form will be processed and stored on a DSoD computer by DSoD staff.
DATA STORAGE: Your child’s registration details will be held on a DSoD computer.
DATA DESTRUCTION: If you withdraw your child from DSoD at any time (after giving your months written notice), your data will only be held for such limited period as necessary for business management.
DATA SHARING: We will not share your personal data with any third party other than as necessary for business management. Limited information will be passed to our email provider, registered examining bodies such as the Royal Academy of Dance and competition producers such as Destination Dance.
